She has also increased my muscle and core strength whilst I have lost significant weight in such a short space of time. Having never lifted weights in my life I can now deadlift 65KG, my cardio has also improved and I can now run 10K in just under an hour. I was that person that often made an excuse for not having the time or mental space to exercise. The key word being ‘was’.
Since working with Trangy I have lost over 9 kilos, six inches from my waist, lost two dress sizes, and feel the fittest I’ve ever felt. Plus I’ve gained muscle and lost body fat. I am able to perform exercises with correct form and am now in a physical state of being able to carry out supersets that were previously a struggle. I no longer find myself missing meals to keep weight off and have built a healthy relationship with food and nutrition.

He worked me hard and it would have been easy to give in but his motivation and enthusiasm was a real driving force to help me persevere and challenge my ability, I didn’t want to let either of us down! I can say she is the best Personal Trainer ! I needed to lose some weight and only thought of losing weight at first , but Trang not only helped me in losing weight , she helped me built up a regular healthy life style ! Facebook reminded me this morning with this picture on the left (from 10 years ago) that I was so much bigger in the past.
I have made mistakes by falling for quick fixes, fad diets, and detoxes. Growing up as an overweight kid in the Vietnamese culture you were encouraged to be thin, have pale skin and straight hair. My nickname since the age of four was ‘Fat Trang’’! I used to be desperate to lose weight, I looked at websites and magazines for the secrets and hacks. They told me to cut carbs, try a juice detoxes, swap meals for shakes, try fat burners, green tea weight management, not to eat meals after certain times. I fell for these promises and it didn’t work. I felt horrible, frustrated and tired from a lack of progress and results.
Since becoming a PT, I’ve learnt a lot over the past few years, and I am still learning even now. I don’t count myself as an expert in nutrition but rather as a student, practitioner and keen learner as I believe there is not one size that fits all when it comes to nutrition. On the picture on the right side, I am now 2 stones lighter and my lifestyle and fitness has changed so much. I no longer dislike eating a well balanced diet, I go to the gym and still enjoy my favourite food. I am grateful now for going through the many struggles as an overweight kid as it has taught me to look after my body better in my late 20s and I have learnt to be happy with who I am!
She seems to adapt to any situation and can get the best out of me even when I’m tired etc, she always manages to push me adequately enough to make me achieve. She’s very reliable and you can see she loves her job, she’s very welcoming and smiley. She’s a delight to train with and I would highly recommend her.

Trang was supportive and fun, making each workout count, focusing on the bits of my body I was most concerned about and teaching me the proper way to exercise without injury.
Whilst working out with Trang, I quickly learned that fitness is not about the numbers on the scale, that each body is different, and that wellness, confidence and consideration in my body was more important. By the end of my month, I had toned up, felt fitter and stronger than I have in a longtime with a renewed confidence in myself as well as a great foundation to build on.

I am in my 60's and a Type 2 diabetic. I have lost more than 15 kilos. This has helped me greatly reduce my blood sugar. My general fitness and strength has also improved a lot. I have received a lot of useful dietary advice. She is great motivator!

Diogo is very informative when it comes to fitness and nutrition knowledge, he pays 100% full attention to you throughout the whole training and makes the workouts a prefect mix of hard work & fun. I would Highly recommend him.
