Rox - ELITE Personal trainer

With over 6 years of coaching experience and 3 years as a qualified sports massage therapist, Rox bring a well-rounded, holistic approach to fitness. I believe that fitness isn't just about pushing hard and a restrictive diet. It is about learning to listen to your body, working with its abilities, and building sustainable strength from the inside out.

She specialise in functional fitness and strength & conditioning, helping clients move better, feel stronger, and live better-balanced lives.

To Rox, fitness is a way of life. It is a combination of movement, recovery, mindset, and personal growth.

Every client she work with is unique, and her priority is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable, listened to, and empowered to reach your goals - at your own pace.

She loves taking part in various fitness competitions - it's a great way to challenge myself and stay on track! Rox was taking part of Hyrox World Championship for team Poland.

Outside of a gym, she likes a good rave, so probably you will see me dancing around a lot
