Our bodies all work differently depending on genes, age, time of the month, whether or not we’ve had children, menopause, injuries and a whole host of other variables. Our Personal Training package allows you to get individual attention tailored to your body’s needs, as well as more personalised time for goal setting and tracking. Our clients often say they feel a sense of accomplishment after their personal training sessions that help them to strive for more in other aspects of their lives.

We view your health as your most important asset, which is why I put science at the core of our personal training programmes. Being healthy is not defined by the way we look – health is a measurable state that can be achieved by following personalised protocols across training, recovery, nutrition, and sleep.

TRANG’S MISSION

Trang is the exuberant Certified Personal Trainer, who is changing lives and inspiring a new generation of trainers. Born in Vietnam She lived in the UK since the age of 15 years old. She lived through many challenging experiences that have tested her strength throughout the years, and as a result, it’s led to her maturity and focus.

She sets the example for how adopting a healthy diet and active lifestyle can change individual lives mentally, physically, and spiritually. She has committed herself to a healthy life with which she herself has emerged from depths of depression and physical limitations to become the glowing motivational force she is to hundred clients.

Training style

As your Personal Trainer, We incorporate various techniques including strength training, calisthenics, yoga, Pilates, HITT, and sprinting exercises. We avoid sticking to a specific style in order to keep workouts exciting, fun and fresh so my clients learn how to adopt health and fitness as a lifestyle beyond just losing weight.

Our ethos is not just about changing training routines - it's also about rewiring bad habits to establish a new ‘normal’ and ensuring that nutritional needs are met in order to achieve real results. Our objective is to instil strength and pride in our clients, and we are dedicated to building their physical and mental strength so that they feel empowered by this lifestyle change.

Your personal private gym

Our personal training sessions can be delivered either in person on a 1-to-1 basis, or via an online platform. You can simply select the option that is most accessible for you. With an equipped studio in Highbury & Islington for private workouts, I can offer a dedicated space to thrive.

The capacity is limited to 5 people to ensure safety while training. As your PT, our priority is to instil confidence so my results-driven approach is tailored to your specific needs, whether it be to lose weight, build your strength, optimise sports performance or improve your mobility.

LIFTING LADIES

4:1 Group Training for Women

Ready to up your strength game?

We offer a Islington Strength Training small group training which are Lifting Ladies . They are fun, effective and non-intimidating.

They are cost effective and personal ( max four women / session) that can give you the results and confidence for life.

  • Forget about your average gym where you have to worry about weird and creepy men. Then also feel unsupported, intimidated by weights, and alone.

    Here at Lifting Ladies club, a women-only strength training class that have max four women, which takes place at our private studios where you feel like you can fit in and thrive.
