  • Before Pandemic VS Post Pandemic

    👉If you’re in the same 🛶 like Cordelia here, who used to be guilty of letting your work take over, busy travel and socialising at work and personal life. ⠀

  • Where do I start? I feel like a really different person and I don't say this lightly! I would have laughed out loud if, 6 months ago, someone would have told me I'd be counting down the days/hours/minutes until I could get to the gym again but this is now my reality!

    I found Trang on google during lockdown whilst she was 8 months pregnant and I read her bio and website and automatically felt inspired.
