Hi! I'm Katy and I am a LVL 3 qualified PT and strength coach, specialising in strength training, free weights and olympic weightlifting. My mission is to encourage more women to take up space in the gym and give them the confidence to start lifting heavy weights.
I want to educate everyone, espcially women, on the benefits of strength training and the positive impact it can have on your body and mind. It is essential to me that everyone I coach develops a healthy and positive relationship with training and food, as I know many people can fall into the trap of overtraining and under-fuelling.
