Learn to lift FAq

  • Ideal for anyone who's never used free weights or strength training equipment—even if you've been to the gym before. This course is required before joining regular Lifting Ladies sessions if you’re brand new to lifting.

  • Yes! This course is designed for beginners. You don’t need to be strong, slim, or know anything about lifting. You just need to show up. We’ll handle the rest.

  • We’ll tailor exercises and techniques to your body. Plus, the included injury assessment and assisted stretch ensures you move safely and build strength without pain.

  • After completing Learn to Lift, you’ll be ready to join the regular Lifting Ladies sessions — small group training where you continue lifting, progressing, and connecting. Think of Learn to Lift as your on-ramp to lifelong strength.

  • Totally normal. Many women feel nervous before their first session — but that disappears quickly. The gym is women-only, non-intimidating, and welcoming. You’ll be guided every step of the way.

  • If you have no experience in the gym or using gym machines, the Learn to Lift program is required before joining the regular Lifting Ladies sessions.

    If you already have gym experience, the Intro Offer is recommended.
